These terms apply to your use of thecafegalleria.com and to reservations made through our website.

Reservations

Alpenglobe and Veranda Room reservations are booked through our online reservation system. A reservation fee is charged at the time of booking and is separate from the cost of food and drink, which is paid at the restaurant.

Alpenglobe reservations are 90 minutes and seat up to eight guests. Veranda Room reservations are two hours and seat up to 22. Your seating begins at the time you reserved. We hold your Alpenglobe for 15 minutes past your reservation time and the Veranda Room for 30 minutes, after which it may be released.

Reservation fees are not refundable. If we close for weather or another circumstance outside our control, we refund your reservation fee in full. You may reschedule or cancel your reservation using the link in your confirmation email.

Alpenglobes are assigned automatically and cannot be requested individually.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are sold as a dollar amount good toward any Alpenglobe or Veranda Room reservation during the season. They do not expire, are transferable, and have no cash value. If a reservation costs more than the certificate, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance remains on the code. One code may be used per reservation.

Pricing and availability

Prices, hours, seasonal dates and availability are subject to change. We make every effort to keep our website accurate but do not guarantee that all information is current at all times.

Your conduct

We may refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion, including for conduct that endangers or disrupts other guests or our staff.

Liability

Café Galleria is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or from a reservation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
